My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Janet at an open house a few years ago.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a building lot in Florida for our retirement home. Wife and I Agreed on Burnt Store Lakes. Originally wanted a canal lot in South Gulf Cove but ultimately too expensive. Janet helped us with a waterfront lake lot that offers very nice water views and a south eastern rear exposure on a cul de sac. Closing went very smoothly and pretty quick. Our next step will be meeting with Janet to assist in finding a good builder. Looking forward to meeting Janet in person and begin the build process. Janet was not pushy and let us come to our own decisions while providing guidance.
